The charm and natural ambience of Sonning Golf Club, with its relaxed and personal atmosphere, helps to create the ideal venue for any conference or meeting. A member of our Conference Team will greet you on arrival and carefully monitor your schedules to ensure your day runs smoothly.

We pride ourselves on providing a professional but informal service and our aim is naturally to maintain the highest of standards. We have a choice of four independent conference and meeting rooms (all within convenient distance of the gardens) each offering complete privacy.

Our Conference suites are well appointed and furnished. The rooms may be booked independently or combined to provide seating capacity of up to 140 guests. We have basic audio visual equipment available to hire, and further equipment may be supplied as required.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be arranged in our restaurant where you will find an excellent and varied cuisine.
