Sonning Golf Club's conference rooms can be booked from noon to 4.30pm, and from 6.30pm to midnight. Please take a look at our Room Hire Rates. Waltham Room The Waltham Room is the largest of our first floor meeting rooms. Bright and airy, it overlooks the garden areas and the golf course and is our most popular meeting room. It has a variety of possible uses such as conferences, business lunches and product launches. It is a popular syndicate room with our conference guests. Renowned for its peace and quiet the Shiplake Room is often used for interviews or one-to-one coaching. Capacities:
