The Waltham Room is the largest of our first floor meeting rooms. Bright and airy, it overlooks the garden areas and the golf course and is our most popular meeting room. It has a variety of possible uses such as conferences, business lunches and product launches. Adjoining the room there is an independent bar together with private washroom facilities making it a totally self-contained area.

The Twyford Room has an executive feel and is equipped to the same high standards as our other meeting rooms.

A light and cosy room overlooking the 7th hole, the Shiplake Room is perfect for the smaller meeting or business dining occasion when extra privacy is required. It is a popular syndicate room with our conference guests. Renowned for its peace and quiet the Shiplake Room is often used for interviews or one-to-one coaching.

An elegant spacious room capable of seating 80 guests theatre style, or when used in conjunction with the adjoining Henley Room, can seat 120 guests.

The Henley Room is suitable for a smaller reception and can seat 40 guests cabaret style. It has separate access to the Wargrave Room.
